The following is an extract from The Lisburn Standard – Saturday, March 15th 1890
Statutory Notice to Creditors
In the goods of Moses Johnston, late of Aghnaliss, in the County of Antrim, retired farmer, deceased.
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to the Statute 22 & 23 Vic., Chap. 35, that all Persons claiming to be Creditors, or otherwise to have any claim against the assets of the said Moses Johnston, deceased, who died on the 2nd day of February, 1890, are hereby required, on or before the 26th April 1890, to furnish in writing particulars of such Claims or Demands to the undersigned, Joseph Lockhart, of 28 Bow Street, Lisburn , Solicitor for Messrs. John K. Addison and Ralph Fleeton, both of Aghnaliss, aforesaid, farmers, two of the executors named in the will of the said deceased, and to whom Probate of said Will was granted by the Belfast District Registry of the Probate and Matrimonial Division of the High Court of Justice in Ireland on the 10th day of March 1890.
And notice is hereby further given that, immediately after the said 26th April 1890, the said Executors will proceed to distribute the Assets of the said deceased, having regard only to claims and demands of which notice and particulars shall have been given, as above required. Dated this 15th February 1890.
