Farm of Land, Crop, Stock & C.,
For sale by Auction at Ballinderry

I am instructed by Mr. Launcelot Magee (who is removing to Town), to Sell by Auction, on his premises, on Monday, 16th December, 1889, at Twelve o’clock Noon, That farm of land containing 28a 1r 20p, held under Sir Richard Wallace, Bart., at the Yearly rent of £21. The Farm is situate in the Townland of Ballyleckey, 1½ acre being in the Townland of Moygarriff. It is about 1 mile from Moira, and same distance from Ballinderry Station. On the Farm there is a suitable House and Out-office. It is nearly all laid out in pasture.
At same time will be sold 5 stacks oats, 1 pike meadow Hay, 1 horse and cart, 2 cows in calf, &c, &c.
Terms – For farm, £20 deposit at time of Sale, with 2½ per cent Auction Commission; cash, and 5 per cent. Fees for Chattels.

Immediate possession can be given.
