Mar 6th 1924Dear Sir & Bro,
I brought your letter before the Lodge at its last stated communication. Mr. Thomas Newell is known to several members of this lodge, and I was directed to state that they know of no reason why he should not become a member of our Order.

June 5th 24Dear Sir & Bro.
Would you kindly let me know if you have balloted for Mr Thomas Newell in you lodge. He now wants to join 326, as it would be more convenient for him. I do not think he knew there was a Masonic Lodge here, when he was proposed in your Lodge.

June 12th 24Dear Sir & Bro
In reply to your letter, I was talking to the Bro who was to propose Mr. Newell, and I think it would be better, as he has been balloted for in your lodge, for your lodge to go on with the matter & if he wants he can affiliate to this lodge.
Yrs fraternally
